7/24/07 Hey Ya’ll, Once again, it’s been a while since I sat down and wrote you. Like an old coach of mine used to say, “I got caught watchin’ the paint dry!” That was his way of sayin’ that I got caught up in all that was goin’ on around me and forgot to do what I should be doin’. The past days have been really cool for Preacher Stone. We are adding tour dates, planning video shoots, rehearsing the new songs so that we can really render and testify when we come to your town. 7/2/10 Hey Ya’ll, Sorry it’s been a while since you’ve heard from us. We’ve been busier than a one legged man in a butt kickin’ contest! The good kind of busy! We’ve been holed up in GAT 3 Studios with the amazing Glenn Tabor recordin’ and mixin’ our second CD “Uncle Buck’s Vittles,” and friends, let me tell ya, it RAWKS! We’ve also crossed all the I’s and dotted all the t’s on our agreement with FOX for our song “Not Today” to appear on “Sons of Anarchy” Season Three. Lots of other irons in the fire! Stay Tuned! Hey Ya’ll! What a week it has been. The Southern Gentleman’s Jam at The Historic Walking Horse Hotel in Wartrace, TN was an absolute blast! We have our unplugged version of “Red House” up on youtube for your viewing pleasure. We’d like to think the staff their for being so kind to us. If you ever get a chance, go there! What an incredible vibe! Jam-A-Que was one helluva of hoedown! Hangin’ out with all of our friends in the Southern Rock Community is always a pleasure. Great people, great food, and great music! Now that’s America! Thursday night, I had the pleasure of being on the Jan Carroll Show on Crush Radio. Boy, did we have fun playin’ some Pstone tunes and talkin’ to the good people who chatted in on IM. I gotta jump now, because I have to get ready for a week of pre-production for the studio, and then Saturday night, June 19th at Forty Rod Roadhouse in Mint Hill, NC! See ya’ll there! RAWK ON!!! Friday, 6/4/10 Hey Ya’ll, The boys and me are on the way the War Trace, TN. We are gonna RAWK the Walking Horse Hotel “back porch style” along some might fine pickers and a sangers! Comments, suggestions, and insults are welcome! Preacher Stone Bulletin 6/1/10 Hey Ya’ll! Before I say anything else, let me make it known just how much we love and appreciate you! It means the world to us to hear from all of you on Facebook and Myspace. This month will be a humdinger! We kick it off with a trip to Nashville for a night at the Wartrace “Southern Gentleman’s Jam” and then to see all the good people at Jam A Que 2010. Then it’s back to NC to tune up for the recording of our second CD, “Uncle Buck’s Vittles.” As I write this, my head is full of lyrical possibilities for the hellacious riffs that Marty and the boys have cooked up!
